Soccer and Rugby

Sports have been an essential aspect of my life. I have played soccer since youth, and played competitively at the varsity level through high school. Now, I play on a Sunday league at the YWCO in Athens, and have been since my 1st year of undergrad.

In my 2nd year of undergrad, I began playing rugby for UGA Women’s Rugby Club at the DII level. I have grown a deep love for the sport, and hope to continue playing following undergraduate graduation for a league. Additionally, during the August 2024 to May 2025 period, I acted as an officer.

Cardiology Patient Care Technician

From October 2023 to July 2025, I worked part-time at Piedmont Athens Regional as a Patient Care Technician on the Cardiology floor. I had many patient care responsibilities, including monitoring and taking vital signs, performing and documenting EKGs, urinary catheter care, activities of daily living assistance, and assisting nursing staff with duties.
